Precision Engine Reconditioning – Restoring Performance, Enhancing Reliability
From initial consultation to final installation, we follow a meticulous step-by-step process to diagnose, repair, and recondition your engine.
Whether you need a minor rebuild or a full engine overhaul, our expert team ensures that every job meets the highest industry standards.
NOTE
There are 2 sets of costs in reconditioning an engine:
1. The Assessment Fee. This cost includes removing the engine for inspection and diagnosis. Then after the reconditioning works are complete, rebuilding and refitting the engine into the vehicle
2. The Repair Fee. This cost is provided after the diagnostic report is complete and includes the cost of reconditioning the ancillaries, the engine and any new parts that may be required.

Step 2
Initial Payment & Vehicle Recovery
- On receipt of the Recovery Fee, we arrange vehicle collection or recovery.
- Our driver collects your car and brings it to our workshop.
- On receipt of the Deposit Assessment Fee, the Engine is removed from the vehicle for 2 areas of inspection.
Step 3
Engine Inspection & Diagnostic Report
1. Ancillary components
All ancillary components are removed and inspected for faults and engine wear.
2. INTERNAL ENGINE
The internal engine is dismantled and placed through a cylindrical parts washer to remove carbon deposits and debris, before inspection.
The main components which need to be in a recondition-able state are the:
Engine Block
Cylinder Head
Camshafts
Crankshafts
Con Rods
Pistons
Oil Pump & Sump
A detailed report is sent, including pricing, photos, and videos of your engine’s condition.
Sample Engine Diagnostic Report
Digital engine report: BMW 535D GT
- Cylinder Head good condition, can be reused .
- Cam Shaft in good condition, can be reused.
This Engine Rebuild requires:
- Replacement Engine Block
- Oil Pump
- Connecting Rod
- Crank Shaft
A member of the team will call you to go over the report and discuss:
- options,
- costs of the repair fee, and
- time frames.
If the cost of repair is too high, we will help source either:
- An off the shelf, ready reconditioned engine, or
- A complete replacement engine.
NOTE: AT THIS STAGE, If you decide not to proceed with the engine rebuild:
1) the vehicle must be recovered within 3 days to avoid storage costs.
2) The unusable components would be returned to you in the boot of the vehicle, ready for recovery.
3) The balance to continue with works for the rebuild and refitting will NOT be due.
Step 4
Repair Decision & Payment, Component Reconditioning
- 50% deposit payment of the Repair Fee is requested to commence repairs.
- We will begin ordering any new components required.
- Our engineers will start work on machining, honing, and resurfacing critical parts.
- The engineering team will provide a time estimate to complete the works.
Step 5
Reassembly, Engine Reconditioning, Testing & Final Payment
Once all the parts have been reconditioned and/or received, cleaned and prepared for reassembly, the engine will be rebuilt and all of the ancillary components will be reattached followed by the re-fitment of the engine into the vehicle.
- The vehicle is then fully road tested.
- Once successfully completed, we will notify you and provide the final invoice via email.
Step 6
Quality Control Checks & Vehicle Collection or Delivery

We stand behind our work. Every reconditioned engine undergoes rigorous testing before it leaves our workshop, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
To maintain peak performance, and keep the warranty validated, two compulsory services are essential, ensuring your engine stays in top condition. These services include:
-
2 months or 500 miles (whichever comes first)– A basic engine check, oil and filter change. Remove covers, check gaskets and seals that have been replaced and any snags from the rebuild can be assessed.
-
Service Costs vary dependent on vehicle and engine size.
-
-
6 month or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first) – A thorough engine assessment, full service with oil filter, air filter, and spark plugs (if petrol) replaced, system diagnostics, and performance inspection.
After the warranty period is complete, we recommend a service every 6 months or 6,000 miles to correctly maintain your reconditioned engine.
These checks help keep your reconditioned engine running smoothly and efficiently.
Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience getting my car engine reconditioned here. The entire process was clearly explained from start to finish, and the communication was Good. The initial quote looked lower, but once they completed a proper diagnosis and identified parts that needed replacement, the estimate was adjusted—something they were very transparent about.Posted on Tippaluru VamseeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very professional service from this company. Only watch point is engine rebuild will cost a lot more than initial quote with ANY company due to the cost of ancillaries. Overall however, despite the unavoidable cost, and time it takes to do such a a job, we were fully satisfied and fully recommend this company with a 5* rating.Posted on Tony DruryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great rebuild. I gave them a Mini which sounded like a bag of spanners and received a silky smooth, brand new engine in return.Posted on Steve CookseyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
